about the
Lough Erne house

A balance of
Landscape & life

Situated on the iconic grounds of Lough Erne Resort, the house was built 10-15 years ago by renowned architect, Maxwell Pierce, as one of many bespoke holiday homes at Lough Erne Golf Village.

It was designed to an exceptional standard where attention to detail is paramount. Each feature was done with careful consideration of its rural surroundings. From the unique characteristics of Celtic architecture, to the cupa natural slate roof and large painted windows making use of the beautiful views and natural light.

There is also privileged access to the adjacent Castle Hume Golf Club and its award winning Nick Faldo golf course. Guests can even take flight and get a birds-eye view of Lough Erne with helicopter tours from St Angelo Airport before arriving at the house.

Lough Erne House is the ideal accommodation for families, golfers and wedding guests. The house offers four super-king bedrooms and one twin room that are all modernly furnished with three contemporary bathrooms in total, two of which are en suite.

Downstairs are two spacious living areas, including a family room, well-equipped kitchen, dinette and lounge with a living flame gas fire for those cosy winter nights. There’s also extra storage space for walking boots and golf clubs in the utility room.

Guests will be impressed by the level of convenience Lough Erne House has to offer. It only takes a few short steps to reach the resort’s 5-star facilities, where you’ll find The Blaney Bar and Catalina Restaurant (3AA rosette) for delicious food and drink. Cultural food tours are available by boat, including trips from the resort to The Boatyard Distillery (Fermanagh’s first legal distillery since 1890) on the banks of the Lough.
